Cancellations received in writing by November 1 will be subject to a $45 service charge. No refunds will be made after November 1. Registration substitutions may be made at any time without incurring a service charge.
MDTL cannot be held liable for events beyond its control, such as acts of God, government regulations, disasters or weather-related hazards, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, or any other emergency, making is inadvisable or impossible to hold the conference. In the event of a cancellation, MDTL will make every effort to inform the participants as soon as possible to enable the participants to cancel hotel and flight arrangements.
